The owners of the Waterfront Rambler had a simple request, we have a house on the sound, but we can’t see the water when we’re in the house. PLEASE HELP!! The first step on this remodel was to relocate the kitchen to the water facing side of the home, add more windows and open up the entry and living spaces. The theme of the interior was the bring the colors of the water and tidal lands into the home. The light cabinets, and perfectly colored glass tile backsplash ties together what you see outside and what you enjoy inside. Adding a double sided fireplace in the living room continued to connection of the interior and outdoors. Having a family with teenagers prioritized having a place for games, homework and friends. The long countertop area under the windows provides the highly useful space for the needs of an active family. High quality, durable materials ensured that the outdoor lifestyle of the waterfront rambler could be enjoyed while performing the necessary maintenance was a breeze.  Lots of light, open site lines and light colors allows the views and the home to be easily enjoyed.

"Chris quickly became my most valuable resource while upgrading my house due to his wide array of capabilities, good communication, and prompt followup. He was able to assist me with so many different areas and was also able to provide me with many great industry resources for other needs that I had. I would definitely recommend Chris if you value good communication, a great attitude, and someone that can help walk you through a project from start to finish"
